Jim Nollsch is an associate with FMI Corporation, management consultants and investment bankers to the construction industry. Jim works with FMI clients on mergers and acquisitions, ownership transfer issues, valuations, and strategy development.

Jim has extensive transaction experience and has helped a variety of firms accelerate their growth through strategic means including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and alliances. Prior to joining FMI, Jim held positions in operations and corporate development for several technology firms and was a founder of eCollege, now a division of Pearson Education.

Mr. Nollsch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
